Overview
Politikal Theatre is a civic action method designed to interrupt systemic harm by building distributed, crew-based public pressure. Unlike traditional movements, campaigns, or nonprofit models, Politikal Theatre relies on steward logic—a method of acting without permission, documenting harm through memory kits, and building replicable structures that survive beyond personalities or brands.
Politikal Theatre centers small teams called crews that operate using rotating roles to:
- Confront visible harm in public.
- Produce permanent records of grievance.
- Teach the method forward to others.
The method positions public memory, not media coverage or mass mobilization, as the foundation for building civic power that cannot be co-opted, absorbed, or erased.
Core Methodology
Politikal Theatre operates on the following structural disciplines:
- Steward Logic — Public risk, care, and memory as civic practice.
- Crew Structure — Small teams with rotating, non-permanent roles.
- Memory Kits — Documented records of harm, action, and lessons forward.
- Pressure Escalation — Structured public actions designed to force institutional response.
- Teach Forward — Replicating knowledge to prevent memory loss and structural drift.

You participate by:
- Forming a crew of at least three people.
- Identifying a recurring harm that must be confronted.
- Taking public action using steward logic.
- Producing a Memory Kit documenting what happened.
- Teaching the method forward to someone else.
If you’ve already done these things,
you’re already holding the work.
